The ideal candidate will possess excellent guest relations skills and a passion for providing exceptional service. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our guests have an enjoyable dining experience while efficiently managing food service operations. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests promptly with a friendly demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently. Provide detailed menu information, including daily specials and recommendations. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining proper presentation standards. Assist with bussing tables, clearing dishes, and sanitizing surfaces to maintain cleanliness throughout the dining area. Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations, including proper food handling and sanitation practices. Participate in ongoing training sessions to enhance food preparation skills and sales techniques. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred but not required. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items effectively. Excellent guest services skills, demonstrating a commitment to providing top-notch customer care. Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in alignment with business demands. Knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus but not mandatory. Must be able to work collaboratively as part of a team while also being self-motivated.
