Servers Beach Shop and Grill Holly Ridge, NC 28445 Beach Shop and Grill is a casual, fine dining restaurant located just steps from the ocean, offering a relaxed yet elevated experience to both locals and tourists. Our menu features fresh, coastal-inspired dishes and handcrafted cocktails, served in a warm and welcoming environment. We pride ourselves on exceptional service, attention to detail, and a team-oriented culture.
Position Overview:
We’re looking for personable, energetic, and professional servers to join our team. Ideal candidates will be passionate about food and hospitality, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and bring a positive attitude to every shift. As a server, you’ll be the face of the guest experience—from greeting and guiding guests through the menu to ensuring a seamless and memorable dining experience. Servers average $1200-1500 a week in tips.
Responsibilities:
Greet guests promptly and with genuine warmth Provide detailed knowledge of the menu, including specials, wine pairings, and allergens Take accurate food and beverage orders and input them into the POS system Serve food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive, friendly service throughout the meal Work as a team with other servers, bartenders, hosts, and kitchen staff Maintain cleanliness and organization of service areas Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism and escalate when necessary Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
Qualifications:
Previous serving experience in a casual fine dining or upscale restaurant preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure A strong work ethic and team-first mentality Must be available to work weekends, holidays, and some evenings Knowledge of wine and coastal cuisine a plus Must meet local age requirements for serving alcohol
