The ideal candidate will have experience in quick service or fast food restaurants and possess strong customer service skills. This role involves taking orders, handling cash transactions, and ensuring food safety standards are met while providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities Greet customers warmly and take their orders accurately. Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions with precision. Prepare food items according to established recipes and food safety guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and dining areas. Assist in food preparation as needed, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues promptly. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during peak hours. Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the food industry. Qualifications Previous experience in a quick service fast food restaurant or similar environment is preferred. Basic understanding of retail math for accurate cash handling. Knowledge of food preparation techniques and culinary practices is a plus. Familiarity with food safety standards and regulations. Strong math skills for handling cash register operations efficiently. Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with customers and team members. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
