We are seeking a friendly, efficient, and customer-focused Server to join our fast-paced Japanese fast food restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers with a warm and welcoming attitude Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently Answer questions about the menu and make recommendations when needed Ensure food is delivered promptly and correctly Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and service areas Handle customer payments and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system Package takeout orders and assist with online order pickups Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines Collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service Address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a fast food or quick-service restaurant preferred but not required Basic understanding of Japanese cuisine or willingness to learn Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively Strong communication and interpersonal skills Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Must be able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
