The ideal candidate will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, and providing top-notch service throughout their visit. This role requires a passion for hospitality and a commitment to ensuring guest satisfaction in a fast-paced restaurant environment. Duties Welcome guests warmly and efficiently upon arrival. Manage reservations and seating arrangements to optimize the dining experience. Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly. Serve food and drinks to guests with attention to detail and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Utilize Aloha POS system for order entry and payment processing. Uphold high standards of customer service throughout the dining experience.
