5:00 AM – 2:00 PM (Schedule includes prep time before opening) About Us Aviator Brewing Diner is a brand new breakfast spot focused on great food, fast service, and a friendly atmosphere. We’re looking for fast-paced, experienced servers to join our opening team and help kick off each day right for our customers. Responsibilities Arrive by 5:15 AM to prepare for opening Clean and set up the dining room Roll silverware and complete side work Greet customers with a positive, welcoming attitude Take orders quickly and accurately Work efficiently during the breakfast rush Maintain a clean and customer-friendly environment Ensure customer satisfaction with every table Qualifications Previous serving experience (especially breakfast or high-volume service) Reliable transportation and morning availability Strong communication and teamwork skills Friendly and energetic personality Ability to stay calm and move quickly under pressure What We Offer Consistent daytime hours (done by 2 PM!)
