• Job Overview:

• We are seeking an experienced Fine Dining Server to join our team at the new Serafina Ristrante in downtown Apex. The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional service in an upscale casual dining environment.

• Duties:

• Greet guests warmly and provide detailed information on menu items
• Take accurate food and drink orders and relay to kitchen staff promptly
• Serve meals and beverages in a professional and courteous manner
• Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance the dining experience
• Assist in bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area

• Requirements:

• Prior experience in fine dining or upscale restaurant settings is preferred
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Hospitality-oriented with a focus on providing top-notch customer service
• Familiarity with the food industry, including different cuisines and wine pairings
