FOH Server Falls Local at Wendell Falls 5920 Taylor Road, Wendell, NC 27591 Falls Local is a family owned restaurant in Wendell. We are an American tavern themed restaurant with everything from smash burgers, pizza and wings. We are open Monday-Saturday with guaranteed Sundays off.

Position Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Server to join our front-of-house team. As a Server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, providing attentive service, recommending menu items, and ensuring each guest has a positive dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet guests promptly and warmly Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently Provide detailed information on menu items Deliver orders and ensure guest satisfaction throughout the meal Handle payments and process transactions Maintain a clean and organized work environment Collaborate with team members and kitchen staff for smooth service

Requirements:

Previous serving experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Positive attitude and strong work ethic Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Must be of legal age to serve alcohol Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays
