Full-time/Part-time Responsibilities:

Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure proper presentation and timely delivery of orders to guests. Provide menu knowledge and make recommendations to enhance the dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure special requests or dietary needs are met. Check orders to ensure accuracy and completeness before serving to guests. Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including table setup and condiment replenishment. Anticipate guest needs and address any concerns or issues promptly. Handle payments and operate the point-of-sale system accurately. Uphold hygiene and safety standards at all times.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server or cashier in the hospitality industry is preferred but not required. Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members. A positive and professional demeanor, even under pressure. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service. Knowledge of food and beverages, including allergens and dietary restrictions. Flexibility in working shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
