In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued from the moment they arrive. You will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service, facilitating smooth dining experiences, and supporting our food service operations. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. Provide menus and inform guests about daily specials or promotions. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of service. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff and other servers to ensure smooth operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for new guests. Assist with phone etiquette by taking reservations or answering questions regarding menu items. Qualifications Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred, particularly in a restaurant or hotel setting. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Familiarity with POS systems, particularly Aloha POS, is a plus. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment while maintaining attention to detail. A friendly demeanor with a genuine desire to help others.
