The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and a strong commitment to delivering outstanding customer service. As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and escort them to their tables. Present menus and provide detailed information about menu items, including specials and recommendations. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring all needs are met. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain communication regarding any special requests or dietary restrictions. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including resetting tables for incoming guests. Assist with guest relations by providing personalized service and anticipating needs to enhance their overall experience. Experience Previous experience in guest services or food service is preferred. Strong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with guests and team members. A passion for hospitality and a desire to help create memorable experiences for guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and delivering excellent customer service.
