The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences for our guests. This role involves welcoming guests, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their visit. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly with a warm and inviting demeanor. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Provide detailed menu information and assist guests with recommendations to enhance their dining experience. Ensure timely delivery of food and drinks to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Address guest inquiries, concerns, or complaints with professionalism and a positive attitude. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow and timely order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Uphold restaurant policies regarding guest relations, food safety, and sanitation standards. Experience Previous experience in a hospitality or food service role is preferred but not required. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members. Familiarity with restaurant operations and guest services is a plus.
