The front door is the most important station in any restaurant and requires a special kind of person that is friendly, upbeat, organized, knowledgeable and assertive. Daily tasks will include greeting and seating guests, answering phone calls, taking to-go orders, managing reservations, managing and following proper seating rotation, setting up parties, managing our pastry case, running food, clearing tables, etc. The ideal candidate will be open/available for morning & daytime shifts. This position requires that you work well in a team setting are able to adapt to varying business conditions. Experience is a plus, but not a requirement.
