Job Description:
Know the ins and outs of all menus, and be able to communicate them accurately to guests. Anticipate the needs of fellow staff and guests. Deliver friendly, accommodating service in a high-volume, fast-paced atmosphere. Maintain an immaculate work environment, including the dining area, wait stations, and kitchen.
Job Skills and Requirements:
Passion for food and hospitality Professional appearance and demeanor Dependable, on-time, honest, and professional Drama-free team player; sense of humor is preferred Able and willing to execute proper service techniques and standards Able to stand and walk for long periods of time and lift/carry at least 25 lbs.
