• Job Summary:

• We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team. As a Server, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Duties:

• Greet customers and present menus
• Take food and beverage orders
• Deliver food and beverages to tables
• Ensure accurate order fulfillment
• Provide recommendations on menu items
• Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service
• Process payments using cash register or POS system
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas

• Requirements:

• Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
• Knowledge of food safety guidelines
• Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Basic math skills for order accuracy
• Hospitality mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
