• Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and warmly Present menus and provide detailed information when asked Take accurate food and drink orders using a POS ordering system Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner Check in with guests to ensure everything is going smoothly Provide excellent customer service to guests Handle complaints or concerns with a positive attitude and seek assistance from management when necessary Process payments and handle cash or credit transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations Assist in setting up and breaking down for events or shifts •

Qualifications:

• Previous restaurant or customer service experience preferred but not required Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service Positive attitude and team player mentality Must be at least 18 years of age Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Ability to stand, walk, and carry food trays for extended periods •
