As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Take accurate food and drink orders using the OpenTable system or similar technology. Serve food and beverages promptly while adhering to food safety standards. Handle cash transactions efficiently, including operating the cash register and processing payments. Assist with bussing tables to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Address guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism, ensuring excellent guest relations. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders. Maintain knowledge of menu items, specials, and promotions to enhance sales opportunities. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or hospitality is preferred. Strong cash handling skills with experience operating a cash register. Basic math skills for accurate order processing and payment handling. Familiarity with food safety practices is essential. Excellent communication skills with a focus on guest relations.
