Summary We are seeking a skilled Bartender to join our team at Casa Carbone in Raleigh, NC. In this role, you will be responsible for crafting cocktails, serving beverages, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for our guests. Your expertise will play a vital role in maintaining our bar’s reputation. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with guests and ensuring their satisfaction. Manage the bar area efficiently, including inventory control and cleanliness. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food orders when applicable. Maintain knowledge of current drink trends and menu offerings. Requirements Proven experience as a Bartender in a fast-paced environment. Strong knowledge of bartending techniques and drink recipes. Excellent time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Familiarity with cash registers and POS systems is preferred. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
