Job Description
Server 3.3 3.3 out of 5 stars 1167 Main Street, Blowing Rock, NC 28605 Looking for upbeat service professionals who enjoy dishing out good eats and tasty drinks. Gotta have a friendly disposition, knowledge of about food and drink preparation, have reliable transportation, team oriented (the whole team, not just foh), an ability to stay even tempered and on task, desire to learn and grow within the business and have some hustle. We are not looking for “order takers”, we are looking for service staff that have an eye for details and a passion for food & beverage, who make individualistic sales that caters to each guests preferences. We promote bartenders from within as to give service staff who have shown growth the opportunity. Serving experience is required. Must be available Friday, Saturday & Sunday. Individuals who have weekday daytime availability in the fall are given priority. Please do not apply if you are not available weekends or require a lot of time off in the summer and fall. We are a small team and we give everyone equal opportunities for time off therefore we are not a good fit for someone who needs weekends or around holidays off. We are closed on Mondays, Thanksgiving Day and three days around Christmas. Our servers make bank. We offer health benefits to full time staff. We are an inclusive work environment.
