Daytime Weekend Server Position Available In Wilkes, North Carolina

Daytime Weekend Server Dooley’s Grill & Tavern/TwoBoros Brewery 111 East Main Street, Wilkesboro, NC 28697

Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat customers in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales
• Enter orders accurately into the Toast POS system
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Assist with food preparation as needed

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell and promote menu items
• Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tables simultaneously
• Knowledge of Aloha POS system is a plus, but training will be provided
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers and team members
• A positive attitude and willingness to help others
