We’re getting ready to open the doors to the newest Harpoon Restaurant & Taproom in Manchester—and we’re looking for energetic, guest-focused Servers to join our opening team. If you thrive in a fast-paced, social environment and love making people feel at home (with a cold beer in hand), you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

What You’ll Do:

Provide friendly, attentive, and informed service to every guest Guide customers through our food and beer menus, offering recommendations and pairing suggestions Take and enter orders accurately using Toast (our POS system) Run food and drinks with a sense of urgency and care Keep your section clean, organized, and ready for the next round Work collaboratively with the bar, kitchen, and host team to keep things smooth and upbeat

What You Bring:

Previous serving experience in a high-volume restaurant or taproom setting Strong communication and multitasking skills Passion for great service and positive guest experiences Interest in craft beer (no expertise needed—we’ll teach you!) A team-first mindset and willingness to help wherever needed ServSafe or alcohol service certification a plus
