Brewtender/Tap Room Server Lithermans Limited Brewery 126 Hall St, Concord, NH 03301 Join Steadfast Industries, the parent company of Steadfast Spirits Distilling Company and Lithermans Limited Brewing Company , as a Brewtender! In this role, you’ll serve as a tap room server and brand ambassador providing exceptional customer experiences that embody our passion for locally crafted beverages and community connection. This role blends enthusiastic service with an in-depth knowledge of our craft beer and spirits, creating extraordinary experiences for guests. Job Generalities Our Brewtenders work at both Lithermans Limited (Brewery) and Steadfast Spirits (Distillery), both located within the same complex.

Schedule:

Flexible, with shifts between both locations based on needs. Primary shifts available weekly Thursdays through Sundays. Min.

Time Commitment:

Organized, adaptable, and able to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21 years of age or older. Committed to learning about craft beer, whiskey, and other beverages. Professional appearance, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand and walk for long periods, manage repetitive tasks, and assist in stocking/keg changes.
