As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a memorable dining experience for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor. Take accurate food and beverage orders using the Aloha POS system or OpenTable. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring presentation standards are met. Provide knowledgeable recommendations on menu items and specials. Handle cash transactions and process payments efficiently. Maintain cleanliness of tables, dining areas, and service stations, adhering to sanitation standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely order delivery and guest satisfaction. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly and professionally to enhance their dining experience. Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality is preferred but not required. Familiarity with food handling practices and sanitation standards is essential. Proficiency in math skills for handling cash transactions accurately. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and team members.
