Job Description
Server Eggshell Restaurant Loudon, NH 03307 The Eggshell Restaurant in Loudon is hiring! We are a family-owned restaurant with over 35+ years of service. Open 6 am – 2 pm (NO NIGHTS!) for breakfast, brunch, and lunch. We are looking for candidates who are reliable, honest, positive, “quick on their feet” and willing to be a part of a TEAM. If you enjoy talking to people and thrive in a fast-paced workplace, we’d like to chat. The ultimate goal will be to provide high-quality professional service that will help our restaurant maintain and attract customers. We put our employees first and strive to make them happy. We are looking for individuals who take pride in providing customers with an extraordinary experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage 8-10 tables and 3-4 counter seats once fully trained Provide friendly, respectful, and efficient service to all customers Support fellow team members and foster a positive, team-first environment Accurately input customer orders into the Toast POS system Process payments (cash, credit, and gift cards) correctly and efficiently Serve safe, high-quality food in a fast-paced setting Maintain cleanliness and organization of server stations, beverage areas, and dining spaces Must be available to work weekends. We utilize a set schedule which means no weekly schedule surprises!
Requirements:
Minimum 18 years of age Prior serving experience required Must be able to reliably commute to and from work Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset Ability to stay calm and organized during busy service times •If you are interested in speaking with us about the possibility of a position, please apply!
