As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that all guests feel welcomed and valued. The ideal candidate will possess strong time management skills, excellent guest relations abilities, and a passion for delivering outstanding service in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Take accurate food and beverage orders using Aloha POS or similar systems. Ensure timely delivery of orders to guests while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness throughout the dining area. Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure seamless service flow during busy periods. Promote menu items and upsell specials to maximize sales opportunities. Maintain knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to provide informed recommendations to guests. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties. Qualifications Proven experience as a Server or in a similar role within the restaurant industry is preferred. Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Toast or similar POS systems is a plus. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for all patrons. Knowledge of food safety practices and sanitation standards is essential. Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends as needed.
