We are looking for bartenders with experience working in a busy, high-volume environment. Provide menu recommendations and answer questions regarding food preparation and ingredients. Ensure timely delivery of food and beverages to tables while maintaining high standards of presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns promptly. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Process payments accurately and efficiently using the restaurant’s point-of-sale system. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Assist in training new staff members as needed, fostering a positive team environment. Qualifications Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately. Excellent guest relations skills with the ability to create positive interactions with customers. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being self-motivated. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed.
