For this role we are looking for experienced servers that are looking for a fill-in role as a server. With this we can offer server shifts in our sottoCello speak-easy floor as well as fill-in role for our Cornicello floor. We are combining this with a utility role as well•where some shifts instead of serving you would perform a utility role. The server role pays $6 an hour (and tips) and the utility role is paid $15 an hour and tips. While performing the utility role you will greet customers and seat them, answer calls as they come in, pre/post bus tables, perform start of shift duties such as roll silverware, end of shift light cleaning, and during shift help polish glassware.
