Waiter/Server Jimmy K’s Diner 264 Lafayette Road, Seabrook, NH 03874 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional guest services while ensuring a memorable dining experience. Your responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel comfortable and valued. Take accurate food and drink orders using the POS system, ensuring timely delivery to guests. Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions regarding food items, ingredients, or preparation methods. Monitor tables for guest satisfaction, promptly addressing any concerns or requests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including bussing tables and resetting them for new guests. Handle cash register transactions accurately and efficiently. Adhere to all food handling and safety regulations to ensure a safe dining environment. Assist in maintaining inventory levels of supplies needed for service. Requirements Previous experience in guest services or the food industry is preferred but not required. Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a busy environment. Knowledge of food handling practices and safety regulations is an asset. Familiarity with POS systems is beneficial; training will be provided as needed. Excellent communication skills with a focus on providing outstanding hospitality. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, in a nightclub or restaurant setting. A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team are essential for success in this role.
