Responsibilities Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff promptly. Serve food and drinks to guests, ensuring timely delivery and presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including tables, utensils, and condiments. Assist with food preparation as needed, adhering to food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service during busy periods.
