3:30 – Closed Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and inviting atmosphere. Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently to optimize guest flow. Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests, answering any questions they may have. Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly while ensuring guest satisfaction throughout their meal. Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy, enhancing their dining experience. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain high standards of food quality. Assist with cleaning and resetting tables after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to health and safety regulations. Experience Previous experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations. Excellent phone etiquette for handling reservations and guest inquiries. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and guests alike. Familiarity with food service operations is a plus, including knowledge of menu items and preparation methods.
