As a Host/Server, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and providing top-notch service to our patrons. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements to optimize flow and guest comfort. Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all details are communicated clearly to the kitchen staff. Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout their visit. Assist with food preparation as needed, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization in the dining area. Handle cash register operations, processing payments accurately while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and maintain smooth operations during busy periods. Buss tables promptly after guests leave, preparing them for the next guests to ensure quick turnover. Uphold restaurant policies and procedures while promoting a positive team environment. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or nightclub setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests and provide exceptional hospitality. Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus, along with familiarity with menu items and beverage offerings. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective guest relations. Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required by the business needs. A friendly demeanor with a willingness to help others is essential for success in this role.
