We’re seeking experienced and charismatic servers to deliver outstanding service to our guests. As a server, you’ll be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest has an exceptional dining experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Guest Experience:

Greet guests warmly and promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. Take orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, ingredients, and pairing suggestions. Deliver food and beverages in a timely manner, checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction. Handle guest complaints and concerns professionally, resolving issues promptly.

Order Accuracy:

Input orders correctly into the POS system, ensuring accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with kitchen staff and bartenders to ensure seamless service. Manage tables effectively, juggling multiple parties and orders simultaneously.

Payment Processing:

Process payments accurately, handling cash, credit cards, and mobile payments. Handle guest requests for separate checks, splitting bills, or other payment arrangements.

Table Maintenance:

Maintain clean and set tables, ensuring a welcoming environment. Clear and clean tables promptly, resetting for new guests.

Team Collaboration:

Work closely with kitchen staff, bartenders,hosts and other servers to ensure smooth service. Participate in pre-shift meetings, discussing menu updates, promotions, and service standards. Help put bar glasses and cups away during down periods,as well as roll silverware.

Adaptability and Flexibility:

Be prepared to adapt to changing situations, such as unexpected increases in volume or last-minute cancellations. Demonstrate flexibility in scheduling, willingness to work varied shifts, and ability to pivot when needed.

Health and Safety:

Adhere to restaurant policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and healthy environment. Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures.

Requirements:

1-2 years of server experience in a high-volume restaurant or pub environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, working efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills and accuracy with handling payments. Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move quickly. Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with POS systems and restaurant software. Knowledge of craft beers, wine, and cocktails. Certification in food safety and handling (e.g., ServSafe).

Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for long periods, move quickly, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs.). Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high volumes of guests and staff.

Job Type:

Part-time Pay:

$3.26 – $3.27 per hour
