Overview Takeout Servers are responsible for efficiently and accurately processing takeout orders, verifying order accuracy, handling payments, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from order placement to pick up, including order verification, packaging, and communication with guests.

Handle payment transactions and verify customer IDs. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy. Efficiently package orders follow food safety standards. Distribute orders to customers and verify receipt matches order. Utilize host phone to text guests when orders are complete. Maintain cleanliness and organization at the takeout station. Promote specials, upsell, and maximize sales opportunities. Keep accurate records of orders, payments, and customer information. Demonstrate flexibility by assisting with other tasks as needed. Qualifications Minimum six (6) months of related experience required Able to work a varied work schedule to include nights, weekends, and holidays. Must be able to communicate effectively with guests in English, specific to position duties and responsibilities. Be flexible and adaptable to change.
