The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing exceptional customer service and a keen interest in the food and beverage industry. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable dining experiences for our guests while ensuring efficient service and adherence to food safety standards. Duties Greet and seat guests promptly, providing menus and information about daily specials. Take accurate food and drink orders using the cash register system which is clover. Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales. Serve food and beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentation meets restaurant standards. Monitor guest needs throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests promptly. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including tables, chairs, and service stations. Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines to ensure the health and safety of guests. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth communication regarding orders and special requests. Qualifications Previous experience in food service or restaurant settings is preferred, Familiarity with cash register operations and Clover software is advantageous. Strong math skills for accurately processing payments and handling cash transactions. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential to maintain high standards of hygiene. Excellent communication skills with a friendly demeanor to engage with guests effectively. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends as required by the restaurant’s schedule.
