This position is part time, including nights and weekends, but preference given to someone looking to work towards a full time role with the company.

Job responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests
• Providing facility tours
• Pouring and Serving Beer
• Educating guests on the beverages made in our production facility, as well as an overview on craft beer and brewing.
• Picking, packing, and shipping online beer and merchandise sales
• Answering phones and directing calls
• Responsible for routine sanitation of tables, restrooms and related customer facing areas
• Responsible for beer service and advising customers on purchases Qualified candidates must possess a positive attitude, exemplary customer service skills, and problem solving skills.

Previous serving experience preferred but not required.

Other requirements are as follows:

• Must be able to work flexible hours including weekends.
• Must be able to represent the company in a professional manner.
• Must exhibit strong organizational and communication skills.
• Must exhibit exemplary customer service skills
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision
• Strong time management skills
• TIPS certification required prior to start date.
• Willingness and ability to maintain a safe, clean work environment
• Ability to move 150lbs assisted
• Employment at another liquor licensed establishment in NJ is a disqualifier as per NJ State Laws
