Bus Person Rodizio Grill voorhees 13109 Town Center Boulevard, Voorhees, NJ 08043 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Busser to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our restaurant maintains a clean and welcoming environment for our guests. Your primary responsibility will be to assist the waitstaff by clearing tables, resetting them for new guests, and maintaining the overall cleanliness of the dining area. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about customer service and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Duties Clear and clean tables promptly after guests leave to prepare for the next customers. Assist servers by delivering food and beverages to tables as needed. Maintain cleanliness in all areas of the restaurant, including dining rooms, restrooms, and kitchen areas. Reset tables with clean linens, utensils, and glassware before new guests arrive. Help with the organization of dining supplies and equipment in the kitchen and storage areas. Support catering events as required, ensuring that all food service needs are met efficiently. Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods. Skills Strong cleaning skills with attention to detail to maintain high standards of cleanliness. Experience in the food industry or restaurant setting is preferred but not required. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor to enhance guest experiences. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment within the hospitality sector. Willingness to help others and take on various tasks as needed in a fast-paced atmosphere.
