As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional dining experiences for our guests. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that each guest feels welcomed and valued. Your ability to deliver outstanding customer service will contribute to the overall success of our restaurant. Duties Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner. Present menus and provide detailed information about food and beverage options. Take accurate orders and relay them to the kitchen staff using the Aloha POS system. Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring all items are presented beautifully. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any needs or concerns promptly. Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas to uphold food safety standards. Process payments accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations. Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth service operations. Skills Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and hospitality. Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is preferred but not required. Basic culinary knowledge is a plus, enhancing your ability to answer guest inquiries about menu items. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
