Server 810 Billiards & Bowling 3679 South Delsea Drive, Vineland, NJ 08360 Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in providing exceptional dining and entertainment experiences for our guests. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and a passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest feels welcomed and well taken care of. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a positive atmosphere while efficiently selling and managing food and beverage service. Duties Greet guests in a friendly manner, ensuring they feel welcomed. Act as a “tour guide ” throughout your section, explaining gaming procedures and rules. Take accurate food and drink orders using the Toast POS system. Provide recommendations on menu items and answer any questions regarding ingredients or preparation. Deliver food and beverages promptly while ensuring proper presentation. Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their dining experience, addressing any concerns or requests. Buss tables efficiently to maintain cleanliness and readiness for new guests. Sanitate work areas, utensils, and dining spaces in compliance with food safety standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and quality control. Uphold all food safety regulations and maintain knowledge of the menu offerings. Requirements Bartending experience a definite plus! 2 years prior experience in an full service restaurant is required. Experience with Toast POS is a plus! Strong guest relations skills with the ability to help resolve issues effectively. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables and tasks simultaneously. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. A positive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding hospitality. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
