Back Server Ram & Rooster 83 Central Avenue, Metuchen, NJ 08840 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our team in a fast-paced, fine dining environment. The ideal candidate will be passionate about providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a memorable dining experience. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service, managing customer orders, and collaborating with kitchen staff. Duties The Back Server is responsible for making sure our guests have a blast! This is their primary function as well. Operationally, they provide support to the Captain. The core responsibilities of the position include stocking mise-en-place, clearing and resetting tables, the maintenance of tables and the stations. Back Server’s must be as knowledgeable as Captain’s about our food and beverage products and available to answer any guest inquiries.
