Food Runner 3.6 3.6 out of 5 stars 800 Ocean Avenue, Asbury Park, NJ 07712 Watermark, located on the Asbury Park Boardwalk is a cocktail lounge with hand-crafted cocktails, curated beer and wine lists and a Mediterranean based small plates menu. Food Runners are responsible for delivering food to guests in a professional and courteous manner. Food Runners are expected to interact with our guests about the food being served and to memorize table numbers, sections, and each dish on the menu. Food Runners set up food station, clean plates, polish silverware and keep set up station stocked. Runners support the kitchen, server and bus as needed to maintain the cleanliness of the floor. A pleasant and outgoing personality, superb customer service, being well- mannered and extremely neat and clean in appearance is a must. Must be able to handle being on your feet for shifts between four and eight hours, move quickly and take direction well, and communicate clearly. Closing Food Runners are on until the kitchen closes, which is 10:00 pm on weekdays and Sundays, and 11:00pm on Fridays & Saturday. Weekend shifts are staggered and shifts typically do not go over 8 hours. Applicants should expect to be available for all shifts, which includes all holiday weekends. This position will begin immediately, for weekend shifts. Applicants must be available until end of September and be available to work Sundays.
