is seeking a few dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will provide service to our restaurant and beach club environment. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring that guests have a excellent experience. Responsibilities Greet and welcome members with a friendly demeanor, ensuring they feel valued and attended to. Take accurate food and drink orders using the

TOAST POS

system, ensuring prompt service. Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to sanitation standards. Upsell menu items to enhance the members experience and increase sales. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash register operations and providing change as needed. Assist with food preparation as required, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sanitizing tables, utensils, and other surfaces. Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders and effective communication. Requirements Previous experience in a restaurant or boardwalk setting is preferred but not mandatory. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests through all situations. Knowledge of cash handling procedures and experience operating a cash register is desirable. Understand that there will be pre- service and after service side work.. Ability to upsell menu items effectively while maintaining a friendly approach. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment. Must be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
