Overview:

Flavias Cucina Romana is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused part-time server to join our team. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences, possess excellent communication skills, and demonstrate flexibility with their schedule to accommodate both weekdays and weekends.

Responsibilities:

Take accurate food and drink orders and relay them to the kitchen via POS. Monitor tables to ensure guests are satisfied with their dining experience. Maintain knowledge of the menu, including any special items or changes. Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and concerns promptly and professionally. Perform opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned. Assist in preparing dining areas for guests, including setting tables and cleaning. Adhere to all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.

Qualifications:

Previous experience as a server is required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Ability to stand and walk for extended periods. Basic math skills for handling transactions.
