• Job Description:

• Town Square Diner in Aberdeen, NJ, is seeking enthusiastic and dedicated Servers to join our team for the dinner shift. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring guest satisfaction.

• Responsibilities:

• Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them into the POS system.
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner.
• Ensure guests have an enjoyable dining experience by providing attentive service
• Address any guest concerns or special requests professionally.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, including tables and dining areas
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Uphold health and safety standards in all food and beverage handling.

• Requirements:

• Previous experience as a server or in the hospitality industry preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Friendly and positive attitude with a team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Availability to work the dinner shift from 3 PM to 9 PM, including weekends and holidays
• Must be 16 years or older.
