Cocktail Server/Server Bellemara Distillery 2 Clerico Lane, Hillsborough, NJ 08844 Hi! Thanks for your interest in working at Bellemara Distillery, New Jersey’s Single Malt Distillery. We produce a range of products from Single Malt Whisky to bottled cocktails and serve our spirits in cocktails in our Tasting Room. We love distilling, but we are also passionate about helping people discover new ways to enjoy cocktails and spirits, and we need your help to create a memorable tasting room experience for our guests. We are looking for a Server to fill a full-time position (typically Thursday-Sunday shifts). Please note, this is a year-round full-time position. Seasonal or part-time applicants will not be considered.

Experience:

One year of serving/sales/customer experience preferred but not required. Will train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

Note that this is a hybrid front of house role that encompasses all the following duties: Server

• table side service of cocktails. Monitor guest needs throughout their experience, offering recommendations and responding to any questions Busser/Runner
• run drinks to tables and turn over tables; maintain cleanliness of tasting room Ambassador
• be able to answer questions about all things Bellemara from general cocktail questions to more in depth information about our products Host
• greet and seat guests Barback
• assist with dishes, polishing glassware, preparation of cocktail ingredients and garnishes, preparation of some cocktails.

Keep the bar, prep room, and tasting room clean, sanitized, and organized Understand and adhere to all liquor serving and handling laws

Requirements:

Have an interest in craft distilling and cocktails Must be at least 21 years old Must be able to comfortably serve a section 50 covers Must be available to work standard schedule of Thursday-Sunday afternoons/evenings with occasional Tuesday and Wednesday shifts.
