Server/Banquet Server (On-Call) (part of IHG Hotels & Resorts) 3.7 3.7 out of 5 stars 75 North Street, Auburn, NY 13021 Holiday Inn is looking for Server/On-Call and a cook to interact with our guests to ensure they have a wonderful experience when having an evening to our new restaurant and bar. Bartender/Servers are expected to be attentive to our guest needs and making them feel welcome, comfortable, important and relaxed. We are looking for someone who is reliable, has a positive attitude, and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities for Server Greets guests in a positive manner Prepare alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages Deliver orders to guests in a timely manner Sets up and monitor restaurant/bar Promptly removes dishes as guests complete their meal. Reset area in preparation for the next day as necessary Interact with customers and take orders while mixing drinks Maintain inventory by ordering supplies needed for next shift Stock ingredients needed for mixing (e.g. ice, water, liquor) Clean up station after closing to ensure it is tidied up for next day Comply with health and safety regulations Ensure that there is no sanitation violations in the station at any time
