FT & PT Wait Staff, Sherman.
The Sherman Hotel is hiring full-time and part-time Wait Staff. Pay rate is $11-$12/ hour depending on experience. Customer serviceWaiters should be friendly, energetic, and have a desire to help people. They should also be able to accept criticism and work well under pressure. CommunicationWaiters should have excellent verbal and written communication skills. They should also be active listeners. Physical staminaWaiters should be able to stand for long periods of time and regularly lift 25 pounds. Organizational skillsWaiters should be able to multitask and keep their cool while staying on top of everything. Attention to detailWaiters should be thorough and pay attention to detail. Knowledge of the menuWaiters should know the menu and be able to check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation. ExperienceWaiters should have prior experience in a food-serving establishment. Experience with handling cash and point of sale systems is also desirable.
