Full Job Description Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely manner
• Monitor guest satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns
• Clear tables and reset them for the next guests
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service and order accuracy

Skills:

• Strong knowledge of OpenTable or similar reservation system
• Basic math skills for handling payments and making change
• Excellent guest service skills, including the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized service
• Familiarity with bussing procedures to assist with clearing tables efficiently
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food safety guidelines and food preparation processes
• Experience with cash handling and operating a point-of-sale (POS) system

Note:

Prior experience as a server is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and willingness to learn.
