Marks Ave compensation: 10.65/hr + tips employment type: experience level: entry level job title: Servers/ Host We are currently looking to hire a part time server at Gen restaurant near prospect park. We are a Japanese restaurant that serves sushi omakase and also warm dishes with plenty of vegetarian options. Gen is a warm and earthy atmosphere, as we have been in the neighborhood for 21 years. We are looking for a motivated and energetic staff to join our team, with at least 1-2 years of experience as a server. We would appreciate someone detail oriented with a good understanding of house. Knowledge and understanding of teamwork in the front of house. Knowledge and understanding of Japanese food and sake is extremely encouraged, as many of our customers enjoy pairings of food and drink, particularly in the summer.
