Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced FOH Captain to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional guest service while also training new staff members on service standards and procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Serve guests in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner
• Train new servers on menu items, service techniques, and POS systems
• Assist in resolving guest inquiries and complaints promptly
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area

Experience:

• Previous experience in a server role is required
• Proficiency in basic math for handling payments accurately
• Strong guest service skills with a focus on customer satisfaction
• Knowledge of restaurant operations including kitchen processes
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and reservation platforms like OpenTable
• Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
• Previous experience handling cash register transactions is preferred
