The Opener plays a crucial role in ensuring that operations start smoothly and efficiently. This position involves preparing the workspace, setting up necessary equipment, and ensuring that all tasks are ready to commence at the beginning of each shift. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment. Duties Prepare the work area by setting up equipment and supplies as needed for daily operations. Ensure all safety protocols are followed to maintain a safe working environment. Conduct pre-shift checks on equipment to ensure proper functioning and report any issues immediately. Assist in organizing materials and inventory to facilitate smooth workflow throughout the day. Collaborate with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workspace throughout the shift. Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding any operational concerns or needs. Requirements Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required; training will be provided. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately. Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality. Physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform light lifting as needed.
